Michael J Moloney, Esq, has been named "Member of the Month" by the Mass. Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division where he serves as Bristol County Director and Membership & Development Chair. As staff attorney at MWLS, Moloney focuses on civil litigation on a broad range of legal matters including eviction defense, housing subsidy denials and terminations, housing discrimination, sanitary code enforcement and unfair business practices. Moloney also has experience in family law, employment law and rights to benefits.
Attorney Moloney is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law and Sacred Heart University, where he received his BA and studied at The American University of Rome. He is a member of the Massachusetts, Connecticut and United States District Court, District of Massachusetts bars. Previously from Worcester, he now resides in Rhode Island.
